My turnaround and completion speed starts at 3 - 4 weeks.
(This is to ensure the utmost quality of the artwork)
Complexity, edits, client communication, and other factors can lengthen this.
Rush fee within 2 weeks is + $25.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, which are subject to change at any time without personal warning.
I begin sketching after payment is received.
Details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price. If changes are requested after the payment is sent, additional fees will be charged.
Private commissions that cannot be posted by me will include a fee that is 50% of the commission base price.Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.

animals (any species, given an accurate reference + no hyperrealism only semi realism)
Simple backgrounds ( for detailed backgrounds refer to my commission sheet + no hyperrealism only semi realism)
characters of all ages ( except elderly characters )

sexualised or nude minors
offensive material
works for NFT use
works for AI usePlease inquire about anything unlisted!
I may reject a commission for any personal reason without disclosing.

DESIGNS/ADOPTABLES
Designs that are available to be purchased can be found here.
I accept compensation via Euro only ( no character or art offers.)
Upfront payments are prioritised before hold offers.
Holds are reserved for certainty in buying a design.( Repeated backing out after a design is on hold will get you blocked and blacklisted.)
Holds will last a maximum of 1 week. (Payment plans are permitted for designs costing upwards of $100 and will require payment completion within 2 months.)
Trading and reselling is permitted. (The reselling price should not exceed the original price unless additional art is added.)
Design changes are not permitted .
Characters and designs purchased from me may be used personally (inquire for commercial use to be discussed). Art of said characters, created by me, cannot be used commercially, as I retain the copyright.
Haggling results in blocking/blacklisting.
I will not disclose a client's identity without their insistence and consent.

USAGE
I retain the copyright to each image I create - Commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc) of commissioned pieces is not permitted. (Enquire to discuss commercial use.)
Tracing, editing commissioned work is not permitted.
Profiting from my work without a mutually consensual contract is prohibited and illegal.

PAYMENT
The payment must be sent as services/goods through PayPal.
Haggling will get you blacklisted and blocked.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Details regarding design, pose, and expression must be established before I am paid, and before I sketch - sudden change of mind after sketching begins will warrant a full fee for an entirely new sketch, amount dependent on commission type.
Upon approval of the sketch I will go straight into coloring (this is due to personal style and my own art process) any changes after approval of the sketch will be denied.
Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.
Full refunds can be requested 48 hours after payment.
Partial refunds are permitted and will reflect the amount of work completed.
Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message.
Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in multiple edit fees.
